Dr Kusum Lata graduated in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S) from India, and completed a Master of Applied Science in Acupuncture from RMIT in Melbourne. Dr Lata is a registered Acupuncturist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, an accredited member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society in Acupuncture and Ayurveda, an accredited member of the Australasian Association of Ayurveda in which she is an Executive committee member, and represents the association as a treasurer. She is also an qualified trainer and assessor. Dr Lata takes a holistic approach in providing the best possible individual care, and prioritizes the treatment and recovery of her patients through her expertise and application of Acupuncture and Ayurvedic medicine.
