My thirst to gain knowledge and to serve community made me enrol at Kuvempu University, Shimoga to pursue Master of Science in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I started learning Yoga since my schooling which went on as a hobby. I took my hobby to the next level to become a professional Yoga tutor by completing YIC (Yoga Instructor Course) at SVYASA, Bangalore. I have an extensive experience of 6 years during my academics and clinical practice, I have treated various patients with different diseases and I have also worked as Assistant professor at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Bangalore. I have volunteered to conduct free medical camps in villages for underprivileged community, aged, children & women. Also I have assisted Clinical researches & published many articles in renowned journals and my seminar presentations in national, international conferences and workshops have been much admired & appreciated.
